Membership

Membership
Fees and Connect Fees
All members pay a monthly membership fee. Membership
fees can be paid by pay pal through your Everfreelance
Account. The membership billing period begins on
the date that Everfreelance receives your payment.
Membership fees are $10.00 (ten dollars) monthly
with an automatic renewal within 30 days. If such
payment is not received your ability to be a team
member will be suspended. Everfreelance reserves
the right to change the membership programs, change
the price or institute new fees at any time, upon
reasonable notice posted in advance on this Site.
No refunds of fees already paid will be given. If
you provide false or misleading information, Everfreelance
will have the right to cancel your membership and
will not refund the membership fee already paid.

Contract |
We
require a signed contract prior to beginning any
work. Contracts will be
emailed or faxed and returned to us to begin services.
Contracts are for
your protection as well as ours. Our contract provides
EverFreelancers,
along with you, the client, protection with respect
to our relationship, and
to the design and production of the services in
which we provided. |

Project
Time Frame |
Efforts to complete
client projects to provide professional services
is
our priority. Services that are requested to be
considered “urgent” or
“please rush”, will be completed at
additional cost.
All submission
of
materials (images, content, etc.) for services
provided must be received to
promptly to avoid delays. Projects not completed
due to client neglect in regards to
following these guide lines may result in additional
fees or a void in
contract.

Payment |
EverFreelance
requires 50%, in advance, for all web designs, with
balance of payment due prior to the release of the
project (i.e., before
uploading to permanent server). Admin support provided
will be paid at the
completion of the services provided. For projects
that are time sensitive,
pricing negotiations will be made and agreed upon
and contracted for
services to be provided. For your convenience, we
accept several forms of
payment:
